This policy explains what Seedance 3.0, the AI video generator at seedance3.is, collects from you and why.

1. Information We Collect

Here is what we collect:

• Account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile name. When you sign in with email, we store your email and send a one-time code or magic link to it.
• Content you give us. Your text prompts, and any reference images, videos, or audio you upload.
• Generated results. The videos, images, and upscaled files that Seedance 3.0 creates for you, plus items you save to Favorites.
• Payment records. Your plan, credit balance, and transaction history. Stripe, PayPal, and local wallets handle the actual payment. We never store full card numbers.
• Usage logs and analytics. Which features you use, credits spent, error reports, IP address, browser type, page views, and in-app events.
• Cookies. A cookie that keeps you logged in and one that remembers your language.
• Referral data. If you invite friends, we record who signed up through your link so we can grant rewards.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to make Seedance 3.0 work and to make it better. We use it to:

• Create your account and let you log in.
• Send your prompts and uploads to AI models so they can generate your videos and images.
• Store your results so you can view, download, and favorite them later.
• Track your credits and charge you for the plan you chose.
• Run promotions and rewards. For example, daily check-in rewards are limited to Gmail accounts, so we check your email domain to see if you qualify.
• Give referral credits to you and your friends when they join.
• Fix bugs, prevent abuse, and keep the site secure.
• Improve features and reply when you contact support.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your prompts or uploads to train our own models.

3. How We Share Information

We share data only with partners that help us deliver the service. Each one is limited to its own job.

• AI model providers. Your prompts and uploaded files are sent to third-party AI models to produce the result. They process this content under their own terms and policies.
• Cloud storage. Uploads and generated outputs are stored on Cloudflare R2.
• Payment processors. Stripe, PayPal, and local wallets like WeChat Pay or Alipay handle your payment and see the details needed to complete it.
• Login providers. Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Analytics and email tools. Services that help us measure traffic and send you login codes or account emails.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect our users or Seedance 3.0. If the business is sold or merged, your data may move to the new owner under this same policy.

4. Data Retention and Security

We keep your data only as long as we need it.

• Your prompts, uploads, and generated results stay in your account until you delete them.
• Payment records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
• Usage logs and analytics are kept for a limited time and then deleted or made anonymous.
• If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and your generations. Some records may stay in backups for a short period before they are cleared.

To protect your data, we use HTTPS for all traffic, encrypted storage, access controls for our team, and regular security checks. Still, no online service is perfectly safe. Please keep your email account secure, because it is the key to your login.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You are in control of your data. You can:

• View and download your generations at any time from your account.
• Delete individual videos or images from your gallery.
• Delete your whole account from the account page. This removes your data as described above.
• Change your email preferences by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Account and login emails will still be sent.
• Manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the login cookie will sign you out.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to erase it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA. We honor those rights for everyone. Seedance 3.0 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has an account, please tell us.
