Welcome to Seedance 3.0, the AI video generator at seedance3.is. These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Seedance 3.0. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Seedance 3.0 lets you turn text prompts and reference images, videos, or audio into AI-generated videos with sound. We also offer AI image generation, image and video upscaling, a prompt gallery, favorites, and a referral program.
To use most features, you need an account. You can sign in with Google, or with your email and a one-time code or magic link.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
We may change, add, or remove features as Seedance 3.0 evolves. For significant changes, we will give you reasonable notice.
Seedance 3.0 runs on credits. Each generation costs a set number of credits, shown before you start.
If a generation fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance. Other refund requests are handled case by case; contact support and we will review your situation. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We may change prices or plan features. We will give you notice before any price change takes effect on your next billing period. Promotions, daily check-in rewards, and referral bonuses have their own rules and may be limited to certain accounts or regions.
Your uploads. You keep all rights to the prompts and files you upload. You give Seedance 3.0 a limited license to store, process, and send them to AI model providers so we can create your results. You promise that you have the right to use everything you upload.
Your results. You own the videos and images you generate, subject to the terms of the third-party AI model providers we use. Paid plans include a commercial use license certificate. Free-plan results are for personal, non-commercial use.
Public sharing. If you submit a prompt or result to the public gallery, you allow other users to view it and reuse the prompt on Seedance 3.0.
Our platform. The Seedance 3.0 website, code, design, and brand belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them.
Removal. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and keep copies as required by law or to investigate abuse.
Be a good neighbor. Do not use Seedance 3.0 to create, upload, or share content that:

Breaking these rules may lead to loss of credits, account suspension, or a permanent ban, without refund.
Seedance 3.0 is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. You agree to protect us from claims that come from content you upload or create in violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is established. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. For major changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use Seedance 3.0 after a change means you accept the new terms.
